James Family

Here are some favorites from a recent family session I did. It was SO cold, it even started snowing. I'm so excited about how these turned out! Most of the shoot was of the whole family, but towards the end we did a bunch of pictures of the oldest son, who is a senior. He set up his drums, and I thought it looks awesome with the nature setting.

Andrea Bridals

I am SO behind on posting.. expect a lot from me next week. Andrea is the sweetest girl, it was so fun doing her bridals and temple shots. I loved that she was so willing to try my ideas--even if they sounded crazy.

Jessica Portraits

One of my new favorite portrait sessions.. I was so excited when Jessica approached me with the idea to use her violin in the shoot. I had never used an instrument before and the possibilities were so exciting to me. Jessica is a violin teacher and has been playing for years. She did a great job at the shoot--she was very elegant and I was in love with her hair! She also brought along her husband for a few cute shots.

Baby Avery

I am Avery's aunt. I just couldn't wait to post these! She is so darn cute. Unfortunately, she was not at all tired when we took these, so we weren't able to get very many photos because she kept crying. I wish we would have been able to get more shots of her with her mom! I am still really happy with how they turned out though. The bowl and tablecloth we used as the background are our grandmother's.
