Comments from me:
I really loved the colors chosen for this wedding. I see a lot of soft rose/pink tones, which are beautiful, but it was fun to see something a little different. I loved the blue and greens of this wedding. Amanda at Branches Floral did a fantastic job with the flowers! I thought the bouquets were to-die-for! The little mossy waterfall behind the bride and groom's sweetheart table was stunning, and really went well with the calm mood of the day. The patio was so sweet and intimate at Log Haven, and the food was, as always, divine.

Comments from the bride:
"My hairpiece was made out of material from my mother and grandmother’s wedding dresses.
We tried to incorporate as many eco-friendly details into our wedding as we could. One of the reasons we chose Log Haven was because of its use of regional/organic ingredients and sustainable practices. In addition, our wedding invitations and save-the-dates were printed on real wood made from sustainably harvested trees."

Helen + Sterling Wedding

So here is my sister-in-law's wedding. The ceremony was held at the Salt Lake LDS temple, and the receptions as at the bride's parent's backyard. So much time and effort went into this wedding, and I think it turned out to be such an adorable backyard wedding! I actually did ALL of the flowers for this wedding. My husband made biscuits, the the groom's sister made the bride's dress, the bride's mother made all of the food, and her father's band played great music for dancing. We collected the pitchers and bowls used for the centerpieces from family, friends, and a few antique stores. I designed all of the stationary. We used vintage table clothes that we found in Helen's mom's cabinet! Who knew?! The cake was made by Dorcus.. she did my wedding cakes as well, and you can reach her at 801-785-9824.

I wanted to give a special shout-out to the groom's sister, who designed Helen's AMAZING wedding dress! If you want to design the perfect dress for yourself, that fits perfectly and is incredibly unique, look no further than Shawna Schauers.
